Support Available at Information Centers
Please talk to a Committee member wearing a red jacket for services below.
Wheelchair Rentals (Reservation required in advance)
We have wheelchairs for rent, but as a rule, we ask you to make a reservation in advance. If you wish to rent a wheelchair, please make a reservation after reading the notes below (we would be able to provide wheelchairs without reservations in case they are remaining on the day of the festival).
Notes on Wheelchair Rentals
- There is only a limited number of wheelchairs. Please note that, depending on the number of reservations, we may not be able to provide sufficient wheelchairs.
- You can use your own wheelchair on campus as well. We kindly ask you to bring your own wheelchairs if possible so that there would be enough wheelchairs for those who need to rent them.
- Some classrooms cannot be entered by wheelchairs due to equipment placements. For more details, please refer to the Accessibility Campus Map above.
