Information Centers and Lost Items

At the Information Centers, we support visitors in various ways as shown below, to ensure that they can enjoy the festival comfortably. Please feel free to stop by.

Items Available

The following items will be available:

  • Official Brochure (in Japanese)
    This will help you explore the festival. A digital version is also available at Official Brochure.
  • Campus Map
    A4-sized Campus Map is available. You can also find this map on the first page of the official brochure.
  • Komaba Campus Quest Booklet (in Japanese)
    This is necessary for participating in "Komaba Campus Quest", a project by the Committee.
  • Accessibility Campus Map (in Japanese)
    Accessibility information on and around the campus is available. Please refer to Accessibility Information as well.
  • Official English Leaflet
    This is a simplified version of the official brochure in English.

Lost Child Support

If You Find a Lost Child:

We will take care of the child. Please come to the nearest Information Center.

If You Are Looking for Your Lost Child:

Please come to the nearest Information Center. If your child has not been found yet, the Committee (+81-3-5454-4349) will contact you as soon as we find your child.

When You Have Lost Something

If you can come directly to one of the Information Centers

We will help you on the spot.

If you cannot come directly to one of the Information Centers

Please contact the Committee by calling (+81-3-5454-4349) or the Form (Coming soon).

In either case, the Committee (+81-3-5454-4349) will contact you as soon as your items are found.

When You Find a Lost Item

Please bring the item to the nearest Information Center.

For English Speakers

We distribute leaflets in English and guide visitors in English. Please feel free to come to the nearest Information Center.

For Those with Babies

Lending Strollers (reservation required)

Strollers are available for rent, but as a rule, reservations are required. If you want to borrow one, please make a reservation in advance as shown below (in some cases, they are available without reservations).

Precautions and Requests

  • The number of strollers is limited. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request.
  • Your own strollers are available on campus. We ask for your cooperation in bringing your own if possible for those in need.
  • Some classrooms and aisles are not accessible or passable for strollers. For more detailed information, please check the Accessibility Campus Map below.

How to Make a Reservation

Please send us an email to the address at the bottom of this page using the format below.
Subject: 【Reservation for strollers】
Must include: 【Your name, The date of your visit, The Information Center where you will pick up strollers (you can also choose the Official Brochure Distribution Center which is located in front of Main Gate), The starting and returning time you plan, The number of strollers needed, A phone number which we can contact on the day of your visit】
We respond after confirming your email.
*If you do not receive a reply, please contact the Information Center when you visit.

Baby Room

A Baby Room for breastfeeding and diaper changing is available. If you would like to use this room, please come to the Information Center in front of the Co-op Store.
*Accessible restrooms equipped with diaper-changing stations are also available. For more detailed information, please refer to the Accessibility Campus Map below.
