About Organization

The University of Tokyo Brass Academy is a brass band composed of UTokyo students founded in 1994. With the goal of "enjoying brass band music to the fullest and delivering the best performance to the audience," the activities of our band are student-led, with all members working together to create everything from daily rehearsals to concerts. The main activities of our band are regular concerts and the All Japan Band Competition held by the All Japan Band Association, and we also perform at school festivals. This year, the 30th Regular Concert will be held on February 24 at the Funabashi Citizen's Culture Hall.
